I lived here myself for over 8 years with great pleasure and I leaving this lovely place with a heavy heart. I really loved the view over east Utrecht in the back and the view over the street in the front. The double glass windows keep the noise out. The fact that there are windows in de front and back, makes it easy to stay cool in summer. The high ceiling in the kitchen (6m) gives the apartment a spacious feeling and it's nice to be able to look down from the living room to the kitchen as there is a balustrade.
